I am a chef with over 15 years’ experience in kitchens across Australia and Europe, including Michelin-starred restaurants, prestigious wine bars, and award-winning farm-to-table venues. Now based in Tasmania, I combine my fine-dining background with my work as co-owner of Gardners Bay Farm, where I cook with the produce we farm. My food is seasonal, produce-led, and rooted in a deep respect for regenerative farming and the land it comes from.
