Gardners Bay Farm is a mixed market garden and orchard set amongst pasture and bushland in the Huon Valley.

Our approach to farming draws on a range of regenerative practices, including permaculture, holistic management, biological farming and Korean Natural Farming (KNF). Rather than following any single method, we take what works best for our landscape, climate and soils, allowing the farm to evolve through observation, experimentation and continual learning.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to building healthy soil, growing nutritious food and creating farming systems that work with, rather than against, the natural ecology of Southern Tasmania.
